If you would like to request a late check out you must do this the day before the scheduled check out. Late check out is not always available and may attract an additional charge.

You may cancel up to 30 days before your booked arrival date for a full refund.

You may cancel from 30 days to 14 days before your booked arrival date for a 50% refund.

If you cancel from 14 days to 0 days notice, or simply don’t turn up, there is no refund.

There is a full refund if there are State government restrictions on travel due to Covid 19.

Parking

Please park directly in front of the Villa.

We will send you a Welcome email with information and a map on how to locate your Villa within 48 hours of your agreed arrival time. Please proceed directly to the Villa, bypassing the queue at reception. We will provide the combination to the key safe located on the front deck behind the pot plant. We will provide complimentary continental breakfast for your first morning.

Please advise us before your arrival if you require the use of our portable wifi modem. There is a $100 refundable deposit for its use.
