If you would like to request a late check out you must do this the day before the scheduled check out. Late check out is not always available and may attract an additional charge.
We will send you a Welcome email with information and a map on how to locate your Villa within 48 hours of your agreed arrival time. Please proceed directly to the Villa, bypassing the queue at reception. We will provide the combination to the key safe located on the front deck behind the pot plant. We will provide complimentary continental breakfast for your first morning.

Please park directly in front of the Villa.
Please advise us before your arrival if you require the use of our portable wifi modem. There is a $100 refundable deposit for its use.
As the resort is spread over 26 acres, we have not been able to come up with a suitable wifi solution. It is best to use your phone or portable wifi device for your internet needs. You can request to use our portable modem. A movie will use approximately 1 GB of data, but be aware that you may also be paying for backups and app notification, so you may want to turn these off.
You can also use the free wifi at the restaurant/reception area, just ask the staff for the password.

Tennis Courts
Remember to book a time to play tennis through reception or via your phone in the apartment.
Gym
There is a code for some of the facilities such as the gym. We will advise you of this in your Welcome email as it changes from time to time.
The main pool and toddler pool
Spa
At present, you need to book a time to use the indoor spa near the main pool. Please ring reception for this.
Indoor Pool
Is located down the far end of the resort. Currently, the code for the indoor pool is marked on the door.
Sauna
Enter the Indoor Pool and the sauna is to your left.
Restaurant
Please make sure that you book the restaurant ahead of time.
Please ring us directly if you have any issues with the apartment or queries on available late check out please phone us directly. We would much rather be able to address any issues you have than have our valued guest upset or disappointed.
If you have issues with the Resort or its facilities, please contact Ramada management via the phone on your kitchen bench or at the reception desk.
Please leave the Villa tidy with rubbish taken to the communal bin area as shown on the map near the microwave.
Please leave the kitchen and BBQ clean.
There is a strict no party policy at the resort and in our Villa.
The Villa is not available for youths to rent for a “Schoolies” holiday.
The Villa and the Resort Public Areas are all Smoke-Free.
Our Villa is undergoing some beautification and maintenance, and we will inform you if there is anything that will affect you. Please be patient.
