Relax and delight in our rustic and rural 3 bedrooms self-contained family Villa in a 26 hectare resort. We are renting our Villa for the first time for you to enjoy in 2021. It is a family villa, with a capacity of 6people. Our Villa provides is in the perfect family retreat. A home away from home with everything you need including a kitchen and laundry, BBQ and 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. On the sprawling 26 acres, our Villa is a few minutes’ walks to the main pool, gym,restaurant, and 2 tennis courts, whereas some of the Villas are a good ten-minute walk to the pool or tennis court. It is a three-minute drive to Cowes restaurants, shops, and the beach and a short drive to other world-class facilities such as the Penguin Parade and the Nobbies. Enjoy our back deck while watching the cows, the odd wallaby may hop by or listen to the kookaburras and other birdlife. Or enjoy wine, beer, and nibbles with friends after a day at the quiet Cowes beach or on the surf beaches, while you throw a few steaks on your own plumbed in BBQ. And don’t forget there are many other attraction and events that Phillip Island and Cowes have to offer.

The full kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, four-burner oven, plates, commonly used utensils, saucepans, tea, coffee, milk, and basic cooking supplies. The laundry and dryer in the Villa are a must for the busy and dirty family. The Villa has 3 reverse cycle air-conditioners for those hot days or the occasional chilly night.
All your linen and towels, face washer, hand towels and are supplied. You will have everything you need to make your life comfortable with a complete kitchen, with gas range, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, and clothes airer.
We will supply you with a continental breakfast on your arrival including bread, croissants, jam, butter, cereal, milk, and stewed fruit.
Bedroom 1
Master bedroom with queen bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, ensuite with toilet and shower.
Bedroom 2
King size bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, and use of the main bathroom with a bath.
Bedroom 3
Two single beds, own TV, and use of the main bathroom as well.
